Is your site secure?

Absolutely! trinketz automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in our server checks that you’re using an approved browser – one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

What about my financial information?

All transactions are handled by secure Bank Alfalah Payment Gateway. No one will ever see your transaction except you and the gateway.

Note currently we only honour bank transfers

How do I place an order?

We accept orders through both our website “shopping cart” 24 hours/7 days/week, by contact us page or via phone at +92 3115077070 during normal business hours.

What is your refund and returns policy?

Trinketz offers a 100% Return Guarantee! You may return any item for any reason, even if it is personalised! Other companies won’t allow you to return your order if it has embossing! We hope you find exactly what you need at trinketz.org but if you need to return an item, we will make it easy for you. First, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Then we ask that you return the product in original condition via priority mail to the address we provide in the response email. We will then refund your payment minus our shipping costs and personalisation cost, if any. You may return your order within 30 days of purchase.

Can you do custom designs?

Yes! We are able to do custom designed work but keep in mind, it can be expensive when making just one of an item. Of course, if you are seeking 25+ of a product the per piece price will be lower. Just email us with your idea and we are happy to walk you through the process.

I have a piece of artwork I want embossed on the journal. Is this possible?

Yes, this can be done however the price to do one piece can be expensive. Please email us your custom design and we can evaluate if it can be done.

Do you have other fonts available to personalize with?

Yes. We can personalize with a few different fonts that are not shown online. The prices vary depending on the typeset selected. Please email us for more detailed information.

How soon will my journal ship after I order it?

Trinketz is able to ship most in stock items within 3 days of your order. Express orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours on in-stock items. Custom work shipping times will be on a per-job basis.

Can you ship overnight?

Yes! On some in-stock items we are able to ship overnight. Please call us with your journal choice to confirm it’s available.

My item is shipping as a gift. Will you include a receipt?

No. We never include cash details when the billing and shipping addresses are different.

I haven’t received my order yet? What do I do?

Luckily, it’s a very rare occurence for an item to be lost. If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s a few days past the expected delivery date, please call or email us to solve the problem. We will be glad to help you!
