International Shipping
International shipping is available and is estimated based on the weight of the item(s). First item is charged at a fixed rate of $20 and the additional items have a $5-15 additional charge per item according to weight. This means if you order 1 item for $10 and 1 item for $10 with weight less than 500g you will be charged $20 + $5 for shipping. This way shipping cost is reduced if you order multiple items.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us
with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please also have a look at our refund and privacy policy
